About Us Top-Note is completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. You are welcome to visit our retail premises in Aberdeen (123 Crown Street) - although only during normal shop hours please - it is only our website that is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling We try to keep our postage and handling charges as low as possible - currently 95p on orders less than £5 in value, and a sliding scale above that. If the charge is less than the website has calculated, we shall pass the difference onto you - the costs are there as a maximum.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you the same business day . All items on our website are normally in stock
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is included in the price quoted. Most items of printed music and books are VAT free.
Credit Card Security We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. This is additional to the rights UK customers have to withdraw from their order within seven days of the item's delivery to you, with the exception of orders of a special nature. In all cases you would be responsible for the cost of returning the items.
